Reiki

Reiki is a form of energy therapy. Inspired by ancient practices, it was rediscovered in the nineteenth century by a Japanese Buddhist named Mikao Usui. There are various forms of Reiki; however, all Reiki is considered a non-invasive method of energy therapy that holds the intention of assisting restoration of one’s state of wellness.

Reiki is a specific energy that helps your own healing system work to its full potential, allowing you to absorb more Universal Life Energy.

It is often known as a hands-on healing technique, although Reiki can be done without touching and it can also be delivered through a method called Distance Reiki.

Reiki provides deep relaxation allowing the body’s energy to reset itself. Often, mantras and crystals, gemstones are used during a Reiki session. No clothing will be removed during your Reiki session.

Reiki is also beneficial to promote sleep, reduce anxiety, calm the body’s nervous system, and provide a heightened feeling of wellness.
